Question: Sometimes I can't get to the Webmail Login screen. Why?
Answer: Occasionally the server will go down preventing anyone from logging on. Check the status of the server at (http://www.globat.com). Click on the (Our Status) menu button.
Question: Sometime it takes forever to do anything while I'm in my Webmail account. What's going on?
Answer: Occasionally the server will bog down due to heavy traffic. There's not much on our end that can be done. We have to rely on Globat to keep their systems running fast enough.
Remember, ...besides Webmail access, ...you can access your mail through Programs like, Outlook, or Outlook Express. These type programs provide much better control of your email and allows many more options when creating and saving them. We would be glad to assist you in setting up your Outlook or Outlook Express program to work with you mail account. Just email support@flener.net for instructions or help.
